The website has all sales available beginning in 2000 we only have sales not any documents that pertain to any other type of transfers. The 2009 values are on the site also. We are aware that the tax information is not on the site, the treasurer converted to a new software so you need to contact the treasurer 970- 920-5170 or treasurer@co.pitkin.co.us We are working on getting the mill levy & 2008 values on the website. Please call the Assessor 970-920-5160 if you have questions. |

To display detail information for a parcel with a known Account Number, enter the number, and click Parcel Detail.
To display detail information for a parcel with a known Parcel Number, enter the number, and click Parcel Detail.
To search for a parcel by Owner Name, enter as much of the name as you wish, and click Search.
To search for a parcel by Township and Range, enter both numbers , and click Search.
To search for a parcel by Subdivision, select the Subdivision name from the drop down box, and click Search
To search for a parcel by Physical Address, enter as much of the Street Name as you wish, and click Search. To restrict the search to a specific street address, enter the Street Number as well as the Street Name. To restrict the search to a specific city, enter the City along with the Street Name (and Street Number, if appropriate).
