The Assessor is in the process of sending the Personal Property Declarations
to residences that rent short term furnish & to businesses even if you do not
own the building. If you do not receive a Personal Property Declaration by the
end of January, please contact our office. If you need 2011 taxes please call 
the treasurer 970-920-5170.

Township Section Qtr Section Block Parcel
Parcel Number:
The Parcel Number is encoded with components derived from Township,  Section, Qtr Section, Block, and Parcel .   To use the Parcel Number search, select a Township from the drop down box.  If you choose to specify Section, select a Section from the drop down box.  Section and Qtr Section are optional.  But you cannot specify a Qtr Section without specifying a Section.  If you choose to specify Qtr Section, select a Qtr Section from the drop down box.  If you entered a Qtr Section, you may enter a Block and Parcel in the respective fields.
Street Name:    Street Number:    City: 
To search for a parcel by Physical Address, enter as much of the Street Name as you wish.   Do NOT enter the Street Suffix (e.g. ST, RD, or CT).  To restrict the search to an address range on the selected street, enter a number to be used as a minimum Street Address as well as the Street Name.  To restrict the search to a specific city, enter the City along with the Street Name (and Street Address, if appropriate)
